RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We hope that you are satisfied with your Lonndeu purchase. If you for any reason wish to make a return or exchange a product, it is possible within 14 days since you received your purchase. Your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Send an email to info@lonndeu.com stating you regret the purchase. Give us your name, order number and which goods the return applies to.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Lonndeu is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. Please mail the package to the adress below and confirm that your name and adress are clearly printed on the outside of the package:

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
